Appointments
When making an appointment for the first time with us, we will ask for your credit card information so that we may reserve your appointment time. There will be no charge to your credit card unless you fail to appear for your appointment, or fail to give us 24 hours notice of cancellation. We also stress that you must appear for your appointment on time. After 15 minutes, we consider the appointment canceled and will charge you the full fee for the missed appointment, even if you appear after the 15 minutes grace period.
Treatment Fees:
Please be aware that for some insurance providers a discount is given.
Acupuncture Initial Consultation = $150 (without insurance discount)
Acupuncture Initial Consultation = $120 (with insurance discount)
Acupuncture Follow Up = $85 (without insurance discount)
Acupuncture Follow Up = $70 (with insurance discount)
