Appointments
When making an appointment for the first time with us, we will ask for your credit card information so that we may reserve your appointment time. There will be no charge to your credit card unless you fail to appear for your appointment, or fail to give us 24 hours notice of cancellation. We also stress that you must appear for your appointment on time. After 15 minutes, we consider the appointment canceled and will charge you the full fee for the missed appointment, even if you appear after the 15 minutes grace period.
The first appointment is 2 hours and will consist of a thorough review of your health history and a full treatment. We also do lifestyle and dietary counseling if necessary.
Treatment Fees:
Our office does not bill insurance at this time. We are direct pay only. If your policy does cover acupuncture treatment, we will be happy to give you a receipt to submit for reimbursement.
We accept all major credit cards and Flexible Spending accounts and Health Savings Accounts.
Copley Aupuncture is a Healthways Whole Health Provider and offers 20-30% discounts for some insurance plans including Blue Cross, Harvard Pilgrim, United, Aetna, Cigna, Tufts, and many more. We also offer discounts for students, AARP members and veterans. Please bring identification or member cards to your first appointment. Please call or email for more information on discounts.
